Accessing Archived Items

Users can view and restore archived inactive primary items through the SBM User Workspace if they are granted the correct privileges. This feature allows users to view individual archived items and restore them as needed.

For example, an administrator archives all inactive primary items contained in a specific project. The manager of this project wants to restore one of the items in order to complete more work. The manager can search for the specific item in the Archive table and then restore it so it can be reopened.

Note: Archived items can be viewed from the SBM User Workspace but cannot be updated or transitioned. In addition, archived change history records cannot be viewed.
