Previewing Reports

After you complete a report form, you can preview report results and modify the report criteria as needed.

To preview a report:

  1. After providing content, sorting, and additional options for your report, click Preview.
  2. To modify the report options, click Back to return to the report form.
  3. Modify report options, and then click Preview again.
  4. When you are satisfied with your report results, click Save to open the Save As form.
    Note: If you are modifying an existing report, the Save As button may be available. Click this button to save the report as a new report. You must provide a unique title for the new report.
