Reports

Demonstrates getting and executing reports.

This program:

Gets all built-in reports.
Gets all reports that were created by Joe.
Gets three reports from the IDM application that were created by Joe.
Executes the "All Active Escalated Incidents" report by report name and returns all items.
Executes the "All Issues I Own" report by UUID and returns four items.
Executes the "Built-In: All Inactive Items" built-in report in the Incident Management application and returns all items.
