On the
Run-Time Statistics tab, you can view reports that
gather run-time statistics for applications, orchestrations, and reports that
are executed by users.
Applications
In the
Applications tab, you select a specific
application or application group, filter by user access type, and then view the
number of distinct times it was accessed within a given date range. Within that
date range, the results can be displayed in various time increments.
The system aggregates usage data by hour, day, week, and month on an
hourly basis. Each report displays up-to-date aggregated usage for the
preceding hour, day, week, and month that has passed. For example, monthly data
is not fully aggregated until the system has recorded a month's worth of
activity.
Important: On-premise customers must ensure that
SBM Logging Services
is running in
SBM Configurator
in order to capture and display statistics for
Applications.

once for each separate application or application group that you have, and then
compare the results that are displayed in each report.
Orchestrations
In the
Orchestrations tab, you can select a specific
orchestration, optionally apply a user filter, and then view the number of
distinct times the orchestration was called within a given date range. Within
that date range, the results can be displayed in various time increments.

Review report statistics to determine:
- How often or seldom reports are executed. Consider deleting reports
that are not used often or have not been executed in a while.

finish.
- Which reports are run so often that they should be added as widgets
on a dashboard view in
Work Center.
Note the following:
- In the
Name column, click on a report name to preview
the report. Note that by previewing the report, you will alter the current
statistics related to the report's execution.
- For executed reports, you can sort by the average run time and
execution count. This is quick way to identify reports that take the longest
amount of time to execute and which reports are executed most often.
- Use the search field to find reports in the table by name.
