Working with Process Apps → The Process Apps Tab → Versions
On the Versions sub-tab, you can view the unique version number, label, scope, and other properties for a process app blueprint. A detailed summary of the process app also provides the process app's:
In the Versions drop-down list, you can choose to view Active versions of a process app or All versions of a process app (including purged versions).

Version |
The process app version number. In the Active view, there might be gaps in the sequence of version numbers due to process app versions that have been purged. Note: If the environment is a designated development
environment, the process app was deployed with the
Create Versions check box cleared
(turned off) in
SBM Composer,
and there is already at least one previous version, the displayed version is
<development>.

Label |
The Baseline Label entered in SBM Composer when the process app was published, or the label entered during import of the process app from a file. Note: If the environment is a designated development
environment and the process app was deployed with the
Create Versions check box cleared
(turned off) in
SBM Composer,
there is no label.

Scope | Indicates the scope of a process app (private or public), which determines who can deploy it. The scope is initially set in SBM Composer when a process app is published. |
The following actions are available for each process app blueprint:
Removes/purges the data associated with the selected process app versions from the database.
Once a process app version has been removed, you cannot deploy it, save it to a file, or change its scope (for example, from public to private), even though the process app version still appears in the All versions view.
You cannot remove any of the following:
Deploys a version of the process app to an environment.
Saves a version of the process app to file.
Changes the scope of the process app.
The following options are available:
The process app can be deployed only by the person who published the process app.
The process app can be deployed by anyone who has the privileges to deploy the process app.
You can use the check boxes next to each version (or above the entire list) to select multiple versions, and then use the Change scope and Remove selected buttons that appear to perform actions against more than one version at a time.
You can also click Remove all eligible versions to delete all versions of the process app except for the latest version.
