Revoking a Contact's External User Account

Revoke the external user account for the contact to SBM after it has been granted.

To revoke contact access to SBM:

  1. From a contact record in the Contacts table, select Revoke Login from the Actions drop-down list.
  2. The SBM User Workspace prompts you to confirm that you want to revoke SBM access to the contact. Click OK.
    Note: Grant access to this contact at a later date by selecting Grant Login from the Actions drop-down list.
