The Browse Reports links in the Reports view enable you to view and manage reports that you have privileges to run, modify, or delete.
Reports are organized based on either the type of items returned in the report or by the report types. For details on report types, refer to Reports View.
The following information and options are available when you display a list of reports from a report folder:
All report lists contain the following information:
If you have the appropriate privileges, use the icons to modify or delete a report.
Icons represent the report type. Click an icon to run a report.
Click a title to run a report.
Depending on your privileges, up to four privilege categories may be available. Private and guest are examples of privilege categories.
Displays the date the report was created. For built-in and System reports, this column is empty.
Displays the original author of the report. For built-in, application, and System reports, Serena Business Manager is provided as the author.
Displays the date the report was last modified and saved.
Displays the user who last modified and saved the report.
Displays the date the report was last run.
Click to select all of the listed reports.
Click to clear the check box for selected reports.
For selected reports, creates links in another folder. Select the destination folder, and then click Create Link in.
Click to delete all reports that you have selected. You must confirm the deletion first.
