Using Date/Time Keywords on SBM User Workspace Forms

You can use keywords in Date/Time fields that appear on SBM User Workspace forms, such as Transition, Submit, and Update forms. You can also use keywords in Date/Time fields that appear in the Lookup form when you use the Advanced Lookup Tool or the Relational Field Value Lookup.

Example of Using a Keyword in a Date Field on a Submit Form

A manager is submitting several items for an upcoming project. In each of these items an estimated completion date must be set. The manager knows ahead of time that each of these items will be completed by the end of the month. The manager can use the endof_thismonth keyword in the Estimated Completion Date field.
