The Item Details page in the Accessible interface is similar to the Item Details page in the SBM User Workspace.
To display the Item Details page, click the item ID, which is designated by a link.
The following describes the information displayed on the Item Details page of the Accessible interface:

Add Note Link – The Add Note link appears if you have privileges to add notes to items. Click the link to open the Add a Note dialog box.
Attachments – You can view attachments to items if you have appropriate privileges. Attachments appear as links and can link to a note, URL, document file, link from one item to another, or an Item Notification. State Change History – View the State Change History if the preference is selected in your user profile. To view State Change History for an item, click the State Change History link. This link appears at the bottom of the Item Details page in the Accessible interface, even if the Top View option is selected in your user preferences.
Change History – View Change History headings for primary or auxiliary items if the user preference to display the Change History is enabled. To view change history headings for an item, click the Change History link.

To view version control information in the Accessible interface, click the Version Control History link; the Version Control History appears.
