Spell Check Personal Dictionary

Spell Check uses the Standard American Dictionary. The Personal Dictionary dialog box allows you to create and maintain your own personal dictionary.

To work with your personal dictionary:

  1. Click the Dictionary button on the Spell Check dialog box.
  2. Complete the following options on the Personal Dictionary dialog box as necessary:

    • Word to Add or Remove – Type the word you want to add or remove to your personal dictionary.

    • Dictionary – Displays the words in your personal dictionary.

    • Add – Click this button to add a word to your personal dictionary.

    • Remove – Click this button to remove a word from your personal dictionary.

    • Remove All – Click this button to remove all words from your personal dictionary.

  3. Click Close to close the Personal Dictionary dialog box and save your changes.
