Archiving Items in a Database → Upgrading Archived Change History
If you archived change history records in a earlier version than TeamTrack 6.5, you cannot use the Archive Wizard until you upgrade the records.
When you attempt to use the Archive Wizard, you are prompted to upgrade the archived change history records. The Upgrade Change History Archives dialog box indicates how many archived records must be upgraded, as well as the log file location.
Before upgrading archived change history records:
Stop your Web server.
Back up your database.
Consider installing the SBM System Administrator on the machine used by your DBMS and performing the upgrade on the same machine.
