Setting Display Options

The Display tab enables you to specify the maximum number of items to display on specific query returns and to determine an order in which to sort table fields when users run reports and queries. You can also choose to insert e-mail messages as notes to items and specifying attachment numbering properties.

To set display options:

  1. From the Options menu, select Settings or click the Settings icon on the toolbar.
  2. Select the Display tab.
  3. Set the display settings and options as they apply:
