Managing Folders → Folder Hierarchy
The folder hierarchy structure is a graphical representation of folders and sub-folders. You can manage Knowledge Base and public folders on the Folders tab of the SBM System Administrator. Select the Folders tab or select Folders from the View menu.
SBM has provided a Knowledge Base and Public folder at the root level of the hierarchy. You can edit these root-level folders as well as add sub-folders under the appropriate root folder. You can also arrange the order of sub-folders in the hierarchy by selecting the Enable Drag & Drop check box and dragging them with your mouse.
