Serena Broker Service

The Serena Broker Service enables you to configure the SBM Web Server used by Serena Customer Support to troubleshoot your installation.

The following options are available in the Broker Service dialog box:

• Process Name

  Lists the name of the process.

• Status

  Indicates whether the server is running or not running.

• Start Process

  Click to start the SBM Web Server.

• Stop Process

  Click to stop the service, if it is running.

• Properties

  Click this button to open the Properties dialog box and configure the server's properties.

• Start Broker Service On Boot

  Select to start the Broker Service when the SBM Application Engine Web Server machine is booted.
