Logging Administrative Changes

Changes made by administrators are automatically recorded in the TS_ADMINCHANGES table in the SBM Application Engine database. The Administrator Logging feature records changes to most administrative functions, including tables, projects, workflows, fields, user and group accounts, settings, and notifications. The time changes are made and the user making the changes are also recorded, as well as administrative changes made via the SBM API.

In addition, changes made to user accounts are recorded in the Users Change History system report. For each change, the report shows the login ID of the modified user account, the timestamp of the change, and the name of the administrator who made the change. Use this report to determine when user accounts were created, deleted, modified, and more.

For details on administrative logging, refer to the Database Schema Reference Guide. This document is located on http://www.serena.com/support.
