Target Servers

On the Target Servers sub-tab, you manage the target servers for a selected environment.

Restriction: To manage target servers, you must have the Create, Edit, and Delete Environments privilege, which is set in SBM Application Administrator.
The environment's target servers are displayed with the following information:
Column Description
Environment

The name given to the target server; for example, Default Event Manager Server.

Type

The type of the target server.

URL

The address to the target server.

After you create an environment, you can add other target servers, such as BPEL engines and Event Managers, and common services for Serena Service Manager (SSM) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

To add a target server:

  1. Click Create.
  2. Enter the name, type, and URL for the target server.
  3. Click Save to save your changes.

To modify a target server:

  1. Select a target server from the list, and then click Edit.
  2. Modify the name and URL as necessary.
  3. Click Save to save your changes.
