The Activities Tab

On the Activities tab, you can use the Status drop-down list to filter the list of activities. Click Delete All to remove all activities from the tab.

The following details are available for each activity:
Column Description
Activity Displays the process app name or environment name.
Type Activity type, such as Deploy, Promote, or Process App Export.
Scheduled Time The date and time when the activity is scheduled (in the local time zone specified by the SBM Application Engine user profile). If the activity started immediately, this time matches the Start time.
Started On The date and time when the activity started (in the local time zone specified by the SBM Application Engine user profile).
Started By The user who initiated the activity.
Status The result of the activity. The possible states include the following:
  • COMPLETED – the activity successfully completed
  • NOT_STARTED – the activity is scheduled for a later time
  • RUNNING – the activity is in process
  • WAITINGApplication Repository is waiting for confirmation from the SBM Application Engine
  • CANCELED – a user has canceled the activity
  • CANCEL_SENT – a user has requested to cancel the activity
  • ABORTED – a user terminated the activity, an endpoint or target-server validation failed, or there is some other problem that caused the activity to stop
Tip: If the list of activities is long, it might span more than one page. Use the arrow buttons to navigate among multiple pages of activities.
