The fields in this list are divided into sections, such as Standard and Advanced. The initial field placement is based on the privilege section specified in the field Property Editor. To change the field privileges in each section, do one of
the following:

To find a field in the list, right-click in the list and then select Find. |
Fields in the section-name Section | When you select a field in the
Override field privileges list, this
section displays the privileges for that field. For example, this section could
indicate that fields in the
Advanced section can be changed by the
Administrator and Manager roles, can be read by the Developer role, and are not
visible to the User role.
The Sections privileges specified in the Roles editor determines what is displayed. For example, suppose View Fields in the 'User' Section (View User Fields) is not selected for the User role in the Roles editor. A user with the User role will not be able to see any fields in the User section on the form. |
