Select Library Type Dialog Box

You use the Select Library Type dialog box when you create a new data element and need to assign a type to it, or when you need to change the type of an existing data element.

This dialog box makes it easy to select a type when there are many types in the Type Library. The types that are listed in the dialog box are all named types defined by the Web services that were imported into the orchestration, and that are listed in the Type Library Editor.

This dialog box opens when you perform the following steps:

Click the Data Mapping tab on the orchestration workflow Property Editor.
Right-click in the Working Data area, and select Properties Mode, if not already selected.
If you want to add a new data element and select the library type, perform the following steps:
1. Right-click the Working Data node, and select Add New DataElement.
2. Right-click the new data element, select Type [String], and then select Select from Type Library.
If you want to change the library type of an existing data element with the "String" type, right-click the data element, select Type [String], and then select Select from Type Library.

Element	Description
Look for	Type a partial or complete data element name you want to find.
Find	Starts the search.
Clear	Clears the information in the Look for box.
Options	Provides other search options.
Show type details	Opens the Type details section, which shows detailed information about the selected element.
