Working with Privileges → The Privileges Tab → System Privileges
System Privileges determine whether you can check in process apps to the repository or check out process apps from the repository. These privileges also restrict who can delete process apps, applications, and orchestrations from the repository. These privileges are global for all process apps.
Privilege | Description |
---|---|
Create Process App |
Check process apps in to and out from the repository in SBM Composer. Unless explicitly denied, a designer can create a new process app in SBM Composer, check in the process app, and be automatically granted this privilege. |
Delete Process App |
Delete a process app from the repository. Note: If a process app contains an application or an
orchestration, you also need the
Delete Application/Orchestration
privilege to delete the process app.
|
Create Application/Orchestration |
Check in and check out applications and orchestrations from the repository in SBM Composer. Unless explicitly denied, a designer can create a new process app in SBM Composer, check in the process app, and be automatically granted this privilege. |
Delete Application/Orchestration | Delete applications and orchestrations from the repository. |
Break Lock | Undo a checkout performed by another user, breaking that user's lock on a design element. |
