Acting on Items in Search Results

A maximum of 300 work items are returned based on search criteria, with 40 items shown on each page. Results are ordered by relevance to the search criteria.

Each work item in the search results list includes this information:

Item ID
Title
Short description (may need to open item to see formatted text)
Item's relevance to the search criteria
Item's project
Item's current state
Submitter and submit date and time

Inactive items include an Inactive icon.

You may not have privileges to view all of this information. In this case, you will see asterisks.

Click in any row to open an item. You can then work with the item as needed and as your privileges allow.

Tip: For guidance on working with individual items, select Get Help... from the Actions menu on the item form. This opens information provided by your administrator. For details, refer to Getting Help.

When you are done, close the item window to return to the search results list.
