Administration → Configuring SRC → Troubleshooting SRC
If the SBM User Workspace opens instead of SRC when you access the URL, verify that SRC has been installed by running the SSM installer.
If you are getting the message that you do not have permission to view a report on the Requests tab, verify that the IT administrator has configured a report to be displayed as described in Configuring the Requests View. Also, verify that you have permissions to access and run the report that the IT administrator has configured.
