CMS Dashboard

The CMS Dashboard gives an overview of your existing assets, incidents associated with those assets, and ongoing requests for change.

• Configuration Items by Type gives an overview of the distribution of assets that you have across your company.
• Configuration Items with non-Baseline States shows a breakdown of all active CIs (that is, CIs that are not in the Baseline Pending, Active Baseline, or Inactive Baseline states).
  Note: This report does not include service CIs, which are high-level categories of individual CIs.
