Executing Tasks in Environment Groups

If you are deploying into environment groups within your deployment path, when you deploy, you may need to select the environments in that group to which you want to deploy.

To execute into environment groups:

  1. Deploy the release package or deployable release train that have a deployment path that includes environment groups.
    Tip: You can tell if an environment for a task is an environment group because it will have a hyperlink for the name of the environment. Click the link to show the names of the environments in that group.
  2. If prompted, select the optional environments that you want to be included in this deployment and then click Submit.

    If you select multiple environments, this causes the task to be executed in each of the selected environments in parallel.

  3. View your task executions and continue your deployment activities as usual.
