If are using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), you may encounter errors when submitting a release package or task template.
To fix this, do the following:
<SBM installation path>\Common\Tomcat 7.0\server\{default/all}\conf\sbm-clientcertssl-accesscontrol.list
/rlc/*
