Troubleshooting When Using SSL

If are using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), you may encounter errors when submitting a release package or task template.

To fix this, do the following:

1. Edit the following file:

   <SBM installation path>\Common\Tomcat 7.0\server\{default/all}\conf\sbm-clientcertssl-accesscontrol.list

2. Find and Replace any occurrences of /rlm/rest/* or /rcl/rest/* with the following:

   /rlc/*

3. Restart SBM Tomcat.
