SBM Solutions Actions List Extension

The SBM Solutions Actions List form extension extension includes the SBM Solutions Action List widget.

This form extension:

• Adds a customizable report to the interface that allows the display and manipulation of multiple items from one location.
• Has a quick view pop up window that enables you to view item information without opening the full item form.
• Groups release packages according to their parent-child relationships. Each parent release package is listed above its children with the children slightly indented. Standalone release packages are listed last.
• Is used by default in the Release Package application Quick View Form Child and Parent tabs and in the Release Train application Master State Form Overview tab: Quick View.

Configuration options:

• You could create your own form to use for this extension.
• You can turn it off completely if you don't want to use it. To turn it off, in the custom widget parameters, set Quick View Size and Placement to none.
• You could add fields instead of just having title and description.
• You can change the default width of your forms. To do this, modify the following selector in sbmsol-style-1.0.css and change the width in the following lines:

To add the Action List Extension widget to another form:

1. In SBM Composer, drag the Action List Extension widget into a row on the form. The layout of the widget can be set to any desired arrangement.
2. Inside the widgets Parameters tab, specify the included parameters.
   1. Report Reference Name is the name of the reports reference link, such as the underlined text in this reference link:

   2. Group By (column) parameter must be a column of the report.
   3. Popup Size refers to the window that appears when performing a transition located in the Actions dropdown.
   4. Quickview Size and Location refers to the pop up that appears when the eye icon is clicked. Choose None to disable this feature.
   5. Quickview Form is the name of the form, located inside the item's corresponding application, that will be displayed when clicking the eye icon.
   6. Quickview Title is the title located inside the window after the eye icon is clicked and on the text that appears when hovering the cursor over the icon.
   7. The Search Filter is based on the field names in the reference link for the report, such as the underlined text in this reference link:

Not all report parameters must be used, but if they are, they must have name and value specified.

When entering key-value pairs, the value needs to be wrapped in single quotation marks, double quotation marks are not allowed. The parameters must begin with backward slash and be enclosed in curly brackets as follows:
