The Release Dashboard includes widgets with graphical reports that show the overall health of your release activities. The Release Dashboard is a system view seen by all users. As part of the initial configuration of Release Control, you should remove the Release Train Status by Type widget, as it is not populated in this version of the solution.
To configure the Release Dashboard:
- Log into Work Center as an administrative user.
- Select the Release Ctrl application group.
- Select Release Dashboard in the navigation pane.
- Click the
Manage Views icon (
) at the top of the navigation pane.
- Click the Release Dashboard entry in the content area as indicated in
the following figure.
The Release Dashboard widgets appear in an overlay.
- Select System View at the top of the overlay.
- Scroll down, move your cursor over the top border of the
Release Train Status by Type widget, and click
the delete icon
to remove that
widget from the view.
- Make any additional changes and close the management view.
