After a ServiceNow Item configuration has been added or updated as needed, you can associate ServiceNow items with Release Control requests.
To associate ServiceNow items with requests:
The fields that are displayed are described in the following table.

| Text | Use this field to search for ServiceNow items
				  by full or partial text. 
				   If you select Field Search in Fields for a more refined search, this field is ignored.  |

| Choice | Select one or more item statuses for which
				  you want to search. For example: 
				  
 If you select Field Search in Fields for a more refined search, this field is ignored.  |

| Fields | Select Field Search to see more filters that you can use to narrow the search results. These depend on the fields in your ServiceNow system. |
