The ChangeMan ZMF Views extension is included in Release Control by default and imported into the Release Packages and Deployable Release Trains process apps. To use it, add the following widgets to a form:
- ZMF Change package list enables users to choose from a list of ChangeMan ZMF deployment units attached to the current item.
- ZMF Change package View displays detailed information for a deployment unit (usually the one selected in the ChangeMan ZMF Change Package List). You can configure multiple versions of this widget to show the different types of details.
The widget comes with several default views as shown in the following figure.
The figure shows a configuration with a form that has the following:
- The ZMF Change package list
- Tabs, each with ZMF Change package View configured to display the ChangeMan ZMF information indicated in the tab names
Configuring the Widgets
To configure the widgets:
- Drag the widgets onto a form, such as Master State Form, and configure them as described in the documentation included in the widget and in Configuring the Widget Views.
- Configure the ALM ZMF connector SERNET properties file accordingly to your ZMF plugin configuration. Set USE_SSO_USER to "true" if SSO is enabled and to "false" if it is disabled. If you are using ALM Connector 6.1.4 or earlier, SSO is required for the widgets.
- Ensure that
HTTP Server
is properly installed and configured.
