Creating Silk Central Execution Plans

If a Silk Central execution plan that you want to associate with a Release Control deployment unit or configure an action for does not yet exist, you can create it while adding or linking the plan.

Note: You can also create a plan from the Item link option while adding or editing a deployment task.

To create a Silk Central execution plan while adding or editing a Release Control deployment unit:

  1. In a deployable release train or release package, select the Deployment Units tab.
  2. Click Edit Deployment Units.
  3. Click the + icon to add a deployment unit.
  4. Select the Silk Central execution plan item configuration.
  5. Select Create item.
  6. Fill out the resulting fields.

The fields are described in the following table.
