You can use Dimensions requests to update your work area. When you do this, you copy the versions of files associated with the request to your work area. This optionally overwrite your local copies with the files from the repository.
To update from a request:
From the Requests view, right-click the request you want to update from and select Update from Request.
The Synchronize view appears. From here you can review the updates to your local work area as a result of updating from the request. You can see new files, changed files, deleted files, and refactored files. To confirm the update of specific files, select the files (or folders containing the files), then right-click and select Update. The files are updated.
If you review the project content, you will see that the local work area has been updated.
