In the Global Catalog window, click the Customers icon:
Do one of the following:
Select a customer so you can perform an operation on it.
PRIVILEGES No special Privileges required.
To select a customer:
In the Global Catalog window, click the Customers icon:
Do one of the following:
To select a single customer, click the button next to the customer: 
, or click anywhere in the row.
To select multiple customers, Ctrl+click each customer.
To select a range of customers, click the first customer in the range, then SHIFT+click the last customer.
To select all customers in the list, click the column heading
or click anywhere in the content window and type Ctrl+A.
