Use this dialog box to define a work area for the work files in your project/stream.
Use the General tab to identify the file node and folder and other details for the area.
See Users Tab to assign users or groups to the area.

Area ID |
The ID of the area. |

Description |
Enter a description. |
|
|
Network node |
Select a node from the list. |
|
|
Folder |
The path on the network node that is to be the top-level folder for the area. |
Note: If the folder does not exist, it will not be created until files are fetched to that folder/directory. |

Node user |
The OS user who will own the files in this area. |
|
|
Node password |
The OS password for the Node Username. |
|
|
Make it the default area for the current project |
Select this option if you want this area to be the work area for your current project/stream. |
|
|
Folder offset |
The relative path beneath the Folder for this area that you want to be associated with your current project/stream. |
|
|
Owner |
The Dimensions user who is to own this area. |
