Change the type of an item if you have created it with the wrong type, or if you wish to recategorize it as a different item type.
Item types are defined in the process model.

To change item type:
On the My Current Project tab or Items tab, click the name of the item.
In the Open Item dialog box, on the General tab, select the new item type in the Item type list.
Click the Save button.
