Credential set names are unique within each base database. A base database upgrade automatically detects and renames duplicate credential set names.
Credential sets can be owned by an explicitly named user or group. The owner of a credential set can update credential set details, delete the credential set, and associate it with an area or an item library (if they have the appropriate privileges).
