Create New/Edit Request Filter Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to create a new filter or edit an existing filter for requests.

Use the General Tab to limit the number of requests based on general request information.

Use the Attributes Tab/Page to limit the number of requests based on attribute values.

Filter Name

The name of the filter.

For a new filter, type a filter name.

Maximum length is 32 characters.

Ignore Case

Select to ignore the case of text strings.

Applies to all fields in this dialog box.

Title

Type the title of the request.

Maximum length is 80 characters.

You can use wildcards in this field:

  • Use an underscore (_) to match exactly one character. For example, d_g matches dog or dig.

  • Use an asterisk (*) or percent sign (%) to match any number of characters. For example, d*g matches dog or drag or dreaming.

Product ID

Select or type the product ID.

Maximum length is 10 characters.

You can use wildcards in this field.

Type

Select or type the request type.

You can use wildcards in this field.

Status

Type the request status.

Maximum length is 25 characters.

You can use wildcards in this field.

Originator

Type the user ID of the request originator.

Maximum length is 25 characters.

You can use wildcards in this field.

Last Updated By

Type the user ID of the person who last updated the request.

Maximum length is 25 characters.

You can use wildcards in this field.

Affected Design Part

Type the specification of a design part to see all requests that affect that design part. Or click Browse and use the Select Design Part wizard to find a design part.

Maximum length is 294 characters.

You can use wildcards in this field.

Request ID

Type the request ID.

Maximum length is 32 characters.

You can use wildcards in this field.

Created Between date1 and date2

Type a date range when the request was created, or click the Calendar button to select dates.

Type dates in the following format:

dd-mon-yyyy [hh:mm:ss]

Updated Between date1 and date2

Type a date range when the request was updated, or click the Calendar button to select dates.

Type dates in the following format:

dd-mon-yyyy [hh:mm:ss]

Owner site

Select a site from the list if you only want to list requests that are owned by a particular replication site.

 

Delegated owner site

Select a site from the list if you only want to list requests whose ownership has been delegated to a particular replication site.
