Action Item Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to move an item to a new lifecycle state.

If the item is being actioned to a lifecycle state that is associated with a stage in the Global Stage Lifecycle, it is also promoted to that stage. If there are any default areas associated with the project/stream, the item file will automatically be deployed to those areas.

General Tab

Field	Description
Specification	The specification of the selected item.
New Status	Select one of these options: Next Status: moves the item to the next lifecycle state. All statuses: select a lifecycle state from the list.
Show lifecycle	Displays a graphic of the lifecycle.
