Profile
Select a previously saved log in profile from the list, or select New to create a new profile.
Click to delete the profile currently selected in the Profile field.
Save Settings
Select to save all the log in information, except your password, as a new log in profile.
User Credentials
Select this option if you want to use your user ID and password to log in instead of Smart Card.
Only appears if Smart Card is configured.
Smart Card
Select this option if you want to use Smart Card to log in instead of your user ID and password.
Only appears if Smart Card is configured.
Certificate
Select a certificate from the list, or use the browse button to select it.
Only appears if Smart Card is configured.
User ID
Type a user ID that is registered on the Dimensions CM base database.
Does not appear if Smart Card is configured and the option Smart Card has been selected above.
Password
Type the password for the user ID that you entered.
Does not appear if Smart Card is configured and the option Smart Card has been selected above.
Server
Type the name of the server that contains your Dimensions CM database.
Required.
DB Name
Type the name of the Dimensions CM database.
Required.
DB Connection
Type a connection string for the Dimensions CM database, if it is not present.
Required.
Enable automatic login
Select to automatically log in to Dimensions CM when you start the desktop client.
You cannot select this option unless your Dimensions CM Administrator enables automatic log in.
