Use this wizard to assign users a role on a particular request or item, and to specify the capabilities users have within those roles.
The second page of the wizard shows which users are available for each role, and shows you the current role assignments.

Candidate Users authorized for role assignment |
Click Add to append the selected users to the Users Currently Assigned Role list. Click Replace to add the selected users to the Users Currently Assigned Role list, and remove the current users. |
If there are no available users, this field displays <none>. |

Users currently assigned role |
Click Delete to remove the selected users. |
The list includes those users assigned at the design part level. If there are no assigned users, this field displays <none>. |

Delegate related items |
Select this option if you want the items that are related to the request to also be delegated. |
Only displayed for requests. |
