Demote Wizard

Use this wizard to demote items, requests, or baselines to a lower stage in the Global Stage Lifecycle.

Field	Description	Rules and Guidelines
Demote child requests	Select this option if you want any related child requests to also be demoted.	Only appears if you have selected a request. If this option is selected, child requests related as Dependent and related to the current project will be included.
Current Stage	The current stage of the selected object(s)	Display only.
Perform Deployment	Select this option if you want the item files to be deployed to the areas associated with stage to which they are being demoted.	Not selected by default.
To Stage	Choose a stage from the list	Default is the previous stage in the GSL.
Reason for demotion	Enter some text for the reason for the demotion.	Optional.
