Attach files to include documents with information on the request.
PRIVILEGES Update Request Attachments
The request must be owned by your site.
To attach files to requests:
On the Requests tab, select a request and click the Open button or click the request name.
For File attachments, in the Filename field, do one of the following:
Type the path and filename.
Click the Browse button and select a file.
In the Description field, type a description for the attachment. If you do not add a description, Dimensions adds the following default text:
Attachment created <date> by <user ID>
To add another attachment, click the Insert Row button and repeat steps 2–3.
Do one of the following:
To save changes, click the Save button.
To save changes and action the request to its next normal state, click the Save & Action button.
