Remove an item from a project when the item is no longer required for the current project or when the item was added to the project by mistake.
This operation is not available for streams.
PRIVILEGES Remove Item Revisions from Project
To remove items from a project:
Select one or more items.
Select Item | Remove From Project.
In the Item Specification field, verify that you have selected the correct item(s).
In the Track changes with request(s) field, enter or select any requests you want to use to track the refactoring operation, or leave this field blank if you want to use your project default request.
Click OK.
