Colors Tab

Use the Colors tab to assign colors to objects in object lists. You can select different colors for each phase and status of an object type. When both phase and status appear for the same entry, status takes precedence.

Status/Phase Name and Color

To select a phase color scheme, select one from the Phase list.

To select a status color scheme, expand an object class and do one of the following:

  • Select a status.

  • Type a status name in the Status/Phase Name and Color field.

The statuses that are available are set in your process model.

Back

Click to display the Color dialog box, and choose a background color for the phase or status currently displayed in the Status/Phase Name and Color field.

 

Fore

Click to display the Color dialog box, and choose a foreground color for the phase or status currently displayed in the Status/Phase Name and Color field.

 

Add

Click to add the status color scheme displayed in the Status/Phase Name and Color field to the object class currently selected.

This field applies only to statuses.

Remove

Click to remove the selected status color scheme from its parent object class.

This field applies only to statuses.

List of phases and object types

Click the plus sign (+) to view the list of:

  • Phases.

  • Status color schemes associated with each object class.
