Follow this procedure to display information about which users are connected to the Dimensions CM server and what resources they are using. You can use this information to monitor the server pool and make adjustments as necessary in the configuration file, listener.dat. For example, you might adjust the minimum and maximum parameters in order to control the number of server processes in the pool.
To view pooling statistics:
Under Database Management, click the Connection pooling statistics link. The Connection Pooling Statistics Main Window appears.
