Copy Preservation Policy Dialog Box

The Copy Preservation Policy dialog box enables you to create a new preservation policy based on an existing one

Field	Description	Rules and Guidelines
Product
Name	The name of the preservation policy.
Based on	The name of the selected preservation policy to be copied.	Display only.
Default Rule	The default preservation rule for item types that do not have a specific preservation rule.	Choose an option from the list.
Description	The description of the preservation policy.	Optional. Up to 240 characters.
