The Edit IDM Tool Instance dialog box allows you edit the details of an issue/request provider.
Use the General tab to edit the name of the IDM tool instance.
Use the New/Edit IDM Tool Instance Attributes Tab to edit the configuration details of the IDM tool instance.
NOTE
If you change the default IDM tool instance, user’s working lists and project default requests will be cleared.
When changing the default IDM tool instance, you should make sure that no clients are connected to the server when the change is being made.
