Relationships Tab of the Edit Data Format Dialog Box

The Used By tab of the Edit Data Format dialog box allows you to assign or unassign the item types related to a data format. It consists of the following:

• A set of toolbar buttons:

  Button	Description
  	Assign item types to the data format using the Assign Dialog Box.
  	Unassign the selected item types from the data format.

• A  button allowing you to display the list of item types as a separate HTML page to print or save.

• A  button allowing you to display the list of item types as comma-separated values to save as a text file.

• A list of the item/request types assigned to this data format.

  Field	Description	Rules and Guidelines
  Check Box	Check box to select the item/request type	Default: unchecked Check to select this item type.
  Type Name	The name that identifies the item/request type.	Display only. Clicking the name link opens the Edit Object Type dialog box.
  Lifecycle ID	The ID of the lifecycle associated with this.	Display only.
  Description	The description of the item type	Display only.
  Product	The product to which the item type belongs.	Display only.
  Scope	The type of object type (item or request)	Display only.
