Follow this procedure to view the items contained in a selected archive or transfer baseline. You can filter items by offline or online archive status.
To view the contents of an archive or transfer:
From the Archives and Transfers main window, select an archive or transfer baseline.
Click the Show Contents button: 
. The Show Contents Dialog Box appears.
On the General tab, you can view details of the archive or transfer.
Click the Online or Offline tab to view the items by status:
Offline: The items have been deleted from the item library.
Online: The items are still stored in the item library.
