Using My Inbox

As you manage and take action on your releases using Serena Release Control, items requiring your attention and those you are authorized to manage are listed on the My Inbox page.

You can do the following:

My Work Items: View and manage active work items owned by or assigned to you, such as:

• Release trains that you are planning, updating, or approving

• Application releases that you are planning, updating, or approving

• Release packages that you are developing, approving, or deploying

• Deployment tasks that you are developing, approving, noting as completed, or noting as failed

• Deployment process templates that you are developing, updating, or approving

• Environments that you are commissioning, setting online or offline, or decommissioning

Manage All Items: View and manage all active or inactive items for which you are authorized, such as:

• Release trains

• Application releases

• Release packages

• Deployment tasks

• Deployment process templates

• Environments
