You must add specific issues to your working list in your IDE before you can start working on the issues.
To choose issues to work on:
Open the IDM Requests view. If it is not already open, select Serena | Show Requests.
Expand the Issue Defect Management node and click a report. If no reports are displayed here, you may need to add reports to your request list.
Select the Requests that you want to add. You can Shift-click to select a range, or CTRL-click to select multiple individual requests.
Click the Add Request to Working List button. The requests are added to your working list. You can select the My Working List node to see the issues you have chosen to work on. These issues will now be available to relate to files when you check files in, check files out, and add files.
